Willoughby Park Marilyn NV Sparkling Brut

Delicate aromas of vanilla, strawberries, toasted brioche & a hint of lemon zest. The fruit driven palate with an underlying creamy complexity is supported by a bright acidity through to a soft finish.

Churchview St. John’s Sparkling Brut

Brilliant straw, light golden, A very complex nose, green apples, spiced pear, short crust pastry, butter milk and fennel. The barrel ferment adds a smoky layer and lees adds a brioche note. A fully flavoured wine on many levels with intense mid palate flavours and a long clean finish, involving spice and a yeasty line adding length and complexity.

PET NAT

Glenarty Road Pétillant Naturel

From our friends down in Karridale. Muscat a Petit Grains and Sauvignon Blanc from the hop block were hand-harvested, cold settled, and fermented in stainless steel at a low temp. Nearing the end of ferment the wine was racked clean and bottled the following day. With 1 baume of RS left in the bottle, the yeast continue the fermentation under crown seal resulting in slight sedimentation and tartrate formation. Absolutely no additions were made to this wine, as natural as it gets!

Kerfuffle SBS

A lively blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon displaying orange blossom, crunchy pineapple and lemon meringue. Drinks best with great mates and is bound to cause a Kerfuffle.

Barrecas Unwooded Chardonnay

An intensely fruit driven medium bodied Chardonnay, tropical fruit aromatics & flavours of blended citrus, stone fruit & melons. Finished perfectly with a natural crispness. A concentrated mid palate, and delicious long, crisp finish. An easy drinking, fruit expressive chardonnay.

Hay Shed Hill – Pitchfork Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Intensely flavoured, pristine fruit with a clean and zippy palate. Fresh fruit flavours of lemon, passionfruit and pineapple. The palate is long and lingering with a tight acidic backbone and clean dry finish.

Glenarty Rd Farmhouse Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Old vine semillon, hop block sauvignon blanc and a pinch of vermentino, grown in the cool deep of karridale, margaret river. a season framed by fresh mornings, glorious goldern days and starry nights. wild fermented and rested in stainless steel. this is fruity, refreshing and soft like the southern ocean breeze.

A delightfully aromatic refreshing dry wine with a bouquet of green apple, gooseberry and lime. A lovely choice with all savoury dishes, both light and more robust, or to accompany a selection of cheeses.

Leeuwin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc

Vibrant and energetic nose with kiwifruit, lime, fresh fig, dragonfruit and loquat. Lively and full of spark on the palate, lemon sherbet, lime zest and rambutan cohesively align. Gentle layers on the mid palate provides delicate creaminess, then defined with laced acidity from front to back.

St Johns – Round Puzzle Vermentino

Floral and bright on the nose, bursting with grapefruit and green apple. Fresh and vibrant acidity, teeming with citrus fruits. Great length, with some texture from fermentation in older oak, and a lingering sea spray finish.

ROSÉ

Inreverie Rosé

Bright red berries, rhubarb and a hint of cardamon. Delicate strawberries and cream, plum and watermelon rind are carried by a spiced raspberry acidity to a long, dry finish.

Glenarty Road Rosé

A dry and slightly serious rosé made purely from Pinot Noir (4 clones) that displays raspberries, juicy strawberries and cream lifted by delicate floral aromatics. Textural and expressive with great fruit weight backed by a restorative dry finish. A dry French style rosé for summer salads and charcuterie boards.

Plantagenet 3 LionsShiraz

Lifted aromatics, mulberry and violet floral anise, black pepper, iodine. Firm even tannins, plush and dense, blue fruits, plum, spicy charry oak, cardamom, nutmeg, subtle savouriness, good fresh acid with a brooding lingering finish.

Leeuwin Estate Siblings – Shiraz

Layers of cocoa, cola and gentle smoky oak on the nose, plus elevated notes of violets, Szechuan pepper, tobacco, anise and clove are also present. The palate is light on its feet, bright and buoyant. The frame of the palate is centred on a black fruit core, combined with cardamom, chocolate and cracked coffee bean. Laced acidity gives definition and drive, leading to structural tannins.

Upfront vibrant red fruits lead the way with cherries and raspberries, followed by subtle white pepper notes. The aromatics follow through straight to the palate with surprising richness. A full-mouthfeel of red fruits, underlying spice and soft tannins, creating a beautiful, soft, well rounded and easily drinkable Shiraz.

Coughlan Estate – Cabernet Sauvignon 

Cassis, blue berries and violets introduce and complex an ever evolving aromatic ensemble. The palate enters as a dark core of black and red fruit tannin, but eases into flavours of glazed red cherries, currants and graphite. A fine and lingering finish of elegant fruit and oak tannin.
