Three women ignite the flames of curiosity and adventure which lay dormant within so many of us, by deepening our understanding of the synergy between nature and humanity—and by doing so radically, through a voyage across the North Atlantic.
Motivated by Kiana’s first North Atlantic crossing in 2019, where she witnessed a plastic-littered ocean, Mara Noka and Kiana, joined by filmmaker Alizé Jireh and environmentalist Lærke Heilmann, set off across the North Atlantic again in 2022 to follow plastic pollution on its ride to Europe via the Gulf Stream. Throughout the entirety of the voyage, larger floating debris including fishing nets, buckets, bottles, plastic bags, and nylon ropes were constant companions.
Though the initial intention of the film was to focus mainly on telling this story of plastic, the voyage took on a much more personal tone as the days progressed. The women were then faced with the reality of life at sea aboard a boat, for 30 days, with no space from each other or themselves. Calms and tempests reflected their own inner workings, and an entire moon’s cycle on the ocean brought their femininity to the forefront. They experienced their fragility and their strengths with an intensity that is unmatched, transforming this film into an intimate portrayal of woman and nature.

Inspired by their surroundings - a hot and isolated desert paradise, fringed by the breathtaking Ningaloo Reef system - five seasoned musicians (and experienced global travelers) were brought together by destiny in Exmouth, WA, 2020. Music and creative visions began to brew during the spun out experience of a global pandemic, then evolved through the Summer of 2021 in another idyllic coastal space - the wave, wine and forest rich region of Margaret River.
Here these four creative powerhouses really came together and started making the enticing music that fans are now falling in love with.

The same indisputable research, from an unknown scientific journal, still shows that drinking a pint of beer has more health benefits than primitive humans once naively thought. Froth's Beer Yoga is practicing a traditional Vinyasa style flow of yoga poses that have been adapted to cater for a drink to be held in one hand. As you move through the guided asanas there’s plenty of opportunity to gracefully time your yoga flow to align with a swig.

Beer Yoga mixes the physical, mental and spiritual challenges of the ancient Indian practice of yoga with the timeless art of beer appreciation. The concept is that people turn to alcohol for some of the same reasons they turn to yoga; that is, for stress relief, relaxation, great company and a chance to wear tights down at the pub.
